ESP strongly recommended (and guarantees a seat).
"Architecture"? You mean, like, the Fuji TV building? And "World Affairs Council" sounds a bit euphemistically conspiratorial, not to mention the odd advisory "ESP strongly recommended."

I'm hoping a giant monster attacks, so the World Affairs Council can call in the Science Patrol, or some other silly official-sounding organization.
By "Architecture," think the Tora no Ana building in Akiba.
And the ESP advisory was my idea. Couldn't resist.
