I love the impression that this was someone's business plan: a quick cash-in on otaku while knowing the minimum possible about them and their protoculture. That's somehow much more heartening than if Moe Burger were actually sincere.

your paragraph makes me feel dirty. Luckily Matt was protected from the Moe Rays by 'wifeshield'...when that one poor girl ran out into the rain..THE RAIN! to wish him well and thank him for his custom..well, I would have broken, I'm sure.
I didn't see french fries on the menu, but I don't know if they would have a fancy or 'slang shorthand' word for them, so I am probably an idiot. I also note the suspicious 'cola' listed instead of proper branded product....
